Why do people always touch me so easily?

It's annoying. I don't like it.

People I don't even know put their arms around me. Touch my hair and my arms and my legs. I really hate that.

It's gross.

Don't let them! You have a phone right? If strangers are touching you in trains take a photo of them and say you'll print this out and hand it to people at the station. If they are your friends and you don't like it, just tell them so... or kick them in the balls. That usually does it.
